General Tips for All Projectors

  • Resetting the lamp timer does not affect lamp performance: The reset is purely for tracking the number of hours the lamp has been in use. Resetting the timer will not extend the life of the lamp or prevent alerts about the lamp’s end of life.
  • Keep track of lamp usage manually: After resetting the timer, it’s useful to keep track of how many hours you’ve used the lamp. Some projectors may show a warning when the lamp is nearing its end of life, even if you reset the timer.
  • Check the manual: If you’re unsure, always check the user manual or manufacturer’s website for model-specific details.
