What If I Need to Return My Projector Lamp?

No one likes to buy something online only to find out after receiving it that it needs to be returned. It’s very disappointing and it can also be a huge hassle. Here at Pureland Supply, we try to make returns as easy as possible while still offering our customers the highest quality customer service in the business. So, what should you do if you need to return your lamp?

Here is how easy it is. 

STEP 1: Contact us.

Tell us why you need to return the lamp. Is it not lighting? Are you hearing a strange sound or smelling a strange smell coming from your projector? Or is it a problem with your projector and you just no longer need the lamp you purchased? Whatever problem you are experiencing, we would like to hear from you.  We can be contacted via email 24/7, via Phone and Live chat 9am to 5pm Monday-Friday Eastern time.

STEP 2: Determine your Resolution.

Once we know what problems you are having, we can help you determine what the best road forward will be for you. Is a warranty replacement the best option or do you need to return the lamp for a refund? After that determination has been made, we will email you an RMA (Return Authorization Form) along with specific instructions on how to package the lamp for return. The RMA form will confirm what action we will take once we receive the returned lamp from you. It also includes your name, address, order number, lamp part number, and lamp cost. 

STEP 3: Return the lamp.

You can use whichever shipping carrier you prefer. Make sure to get a tracking number from the shipping carrier for your records. Be sure the lamp is packed in its original box with original packaging. Use the second shipping box that came with the lamp if possible. The lamp needs to be re-sellable condition.

STEP 4: Just a little patience at this point! You’re steps are completed!

You can review the previous steps if you’d like but your part in this is finished! Once we receive the lamp, we will take the agreed upon action as quickly as possible. You’ll receive an email confirming that your warranty replacement lamp is on the way or that your refund has been issued within a business day of our receipt of your lamp.
